I was a T5 once, but iirc he didn’t deliver the personalized digital letters and voice messages at all. I don’t know if he even managed to do them, but it would have been nice if he just updated in the yt community tab if he couldn’t reach out to the ones who had their menshis expired. The T5 price is hefty and he ought to take it more seriously with at least the updating. I can see why people are starting to complain about him tho. He’s..not exactly the most professional and I guess that’s where they start to assume that he might not be taking it seriously.
