The condition is both lifestyle and hereditary. He’s not drinking enough water, and two of his uncles had kidney stones. So the dino fossil ended up making more fossils in his own body.

Also I think he engross too much on the stream that he hold his bladder for quite long. That also contribute to the kidney stone.I got family members who love to game so much that they got kidney stones. got told to drink a lot and DO NOT hold the bladder.Banchou was one of the endurance streamer that I know have less “Idol meeting”. when Shinri and Octavio doing endurance stream, they tend to drink a lot and went to Idol meeting quite alot too.

I don’t mind gibby taking long breaks but all the runaround drives me crazy. “I’ll be off this week,” “I’ll be back by the end of this next week,” “I’ll be back tomorrow”… what is the point of all the lies

I think it’s just that he tries to be updated with his audience but his plans fall through. I almost do wonder if he has another IRL job or something that holds him back from streaming sometimes?

Optimistic interpretation: He’s trying to keep his fans updated. He has to balance that with the demands for rest his health places on him.
Cynical interpretation: It’s part of his job to get fans hyped and/or thinking about him. If he can’t be streaming, then he has to double down on social media.
