Outfits are always announced with the talents in their new outfits in their generic standing pose, and it’s usually on stream with the talents or on Twitter, ever as a separate video.
Plus the video has the YouTube Music label on it, so it’s a cover.

He had a whole gaming news section on octalks, he was the only Stars who did multiple livestream Game Awards watchalongs, he clips his own game reviews. YT already made it so that you need to have an Argentinian bank account connected to your account to be able to SC in ARS. VPN doesn’t work anymore. Idk if there are some obscure or illegal ways to get your hands on an Argentinian bank account as a foreigner, regardless that number should be slim and most ARS donos these days are likely from actual Argentian people who really can’t help the shit economy their country is stuck in

If they aren’t a gift spammer (and I highly suspect they are) and want to support Octavio they can buy merch because quite bluntly, their money on YouTube is worthless. Them buying an acrylic stand at full price ($15 USD) is financially worth more to Octavio than giving 200 T2 gifts (literally like $9.60 USD).

Voice Packs on the Hololive Store are always either 100% directly to the talents (especially ones that are birthday or that you can buy separately like the Starting Voices ones) or majority sent to them (that’s usually depending on if it’s a group VP or an event VP, where a % is usually taken since more work is put into those).
[I’m saying this from the perspective that nothing has changed in years since. Axel and Flayon both confirmed that VPs are one of the best ways to support talents since the % Cover takes is either very miniscule or zero.]

Either ban ARS or adjust it (and every other aggressively devalued currency) so that it equals out to the actual USD conversion. (So an a $100 USD aka SC is $103183.44 ARS.)
Unfair to actual Argentinian fans? Sure probably, but when an akasupa in ARS is worth less than ~$1 USD and the lowest SC at isn’t even worth ~5¢ USD, I really don’t care anymore.

So just now Octavio got some updates in his model. He called it 2.0 model. He said he’s the first in Armis to show it on stream.

The most noticeable change is his sleeves. Creases and shading were added because without them, it looked like he was wearing a gray vest/waistcoat over a white shirt with black sleeves. The sleeves are supposed to be the same color as the rest of the jacket and not black as a stylistic choice.
