The Throne could work, or Twitch bits might be worth considering. Any Partner or Affiliate on Twitch receives $0.01 USD per Bit used to cheer on the channel, guaranteed per the company’s website.
So $1.40 USD -> 100 Bits -> Guaranteed $1 USD for Tavi. That’s Twitch taking ~28.5% of your cash for themselves, but it’s much more transparent than however much they get from things like Supas on YT. YouTube supposedly takes 30% of a cute from SCs, and I don’t think it has ever been confirmed for us how much Cover then takes on top of that.
So a Twitch bit is, at a minimum, 1.5% more effective in funneling money to Tavi before we take management into account.

No. Tavi had the unfortunate timing of starting the stream at the exact same time as 3/4ths of Vanguard starting their own non-Rivals streams (one menshi). Bettel showed up in chat, but he didn’t join any matches and Tavi said he’s calling it soon.
