OP was saying “Baby,” as a term of endearing, not saying Connor had a baby face.

Axel has shown his face unobscured by Japan arc. The most we’ve seen of Flayon’s face is him wearing a face mask. Jurard and Octavio had their faces doxxed by people finding their or a family member’s personal socmed accounts. The most recent pictures of them were taken at least 1-2 years before from the time they were found. Gibby had an accidental (distorted) face reveal in last month’s handcam due to item reflection. The vod is gone. Ruze is the only member of Armis who has willingly shown his face while the rest should’ve been in Way of Vesper Ultra Paranoid tier were it not for those mishaps.

Vesper had a couple opsec fails after a reflection in a pic he took showed his body build (he’s pretty beefy) and an animal crossing character he made had a tanned skin tone with hazel eyes which doesn’t really match the orc look.

I think he has a big build by default so while he might not be ripped, he’s still quite big and strong according to Cas. He said something like “he tells me he just ate burgers and played video games all day and he’s still massive” and it didn’t seem like he meant massive as in fat since he was talking about being in shape/strong. He’s also taller than Cas irl and he’s 6 foot I think.There was also that one time he talked about how a flight attendant was either hitting on him or told him he was attractive but it’s been so long I don’t remember the details lol.

For Flay his sister is also very important to him.
I don’t think he has a good relationship with his father, like Vesper’s case. During one of the stardew valley collabs he was describing his childhood to some of the boys and it was kinda weird. His dad would dump him with somewhere like a warehouse or his aunt’s household and then leave for long periods of time.

Yeah it wasn’t about any online aliases, it’s his legal govt. name which is why I’m never sharing it, bc even I didn’t expect to discover it and I’m not drawing any lines into his personal life or privacy that he doesn’t draw himself.
