wow Froot tweeted a 90 page google doc detailing her abusive relationship with her ex… i dont have time to read it right now but some of the summaries im seeing of it are depressing.
I have some gripes with her content and weird charity stealing thing but if you look the document she was very clearly groomed and taken advantage of. I feel bad for her and I do wish she can heal from this as someone who can relate to some parts of it.
All of this lionizing of her ex as the victimized party began from the assumption that agreeing to do a tour of getting shot at and shooting at people in a place that became a warzone on false pretenses somehow makes it more fucked up to cheat on you. Without even having evidence that she had done the cheating.
Years of harassment initially justified by a jingoistic assumption that just being a deployed soldier somehow makes you more morally significant than a civilian.
its really interesting to me how people only saw the situation from her husbands POV and never cared enough to ask for Froot’s side of the story..smells like misogyny to me

Misogynistic bigots and jealous gachikois having a gross momentary unity.
