Leader is very visibly getting sick of the quality of support he’s been getting from corporate. A four-month delay on delivery of some mocap equipment due to repairs needed, only for it to arrive to his home with enough dust to prove they couldn’t possibly have been working on it recently. I dunno enough to know if that’s on Cover or on Rokoko, but it’s a shitshow either way.
Especially since he apparently managed to work out the issue in less than a day upon finally receiving the equipment.
Everything I’ve read about Rokoko is that they ship stuff late as hell, stuff can arrive totally damaged even new, and if you need repairs you’ll be waiting for forever.
His mocap studio is his own solo project independent of Cover. So the issues in this instance are with Rokoko.

Cover shouldn’t have promised him if they had no intention of working on it though. iirc he gave Flayon one of his own Rokoko suits because Cover said they’d lend him this one once they fixed it but obviously he didn’t expect them to drag their feet.

i am moderately annoyed that armis’ mascot plushies seem to have embroidered and printed details but tempus’ plushies did not. hopefully if they re-release the tempus plushies they’ll go with whoever they hired to make these and we won’t have glued-on felt fish lips again 🫠

Ever since hearing about others having the bells fall off their Phantom plushes, I’ve been very careful with mine (when really, all I wanna do is toss and kick it around 😭)
Yeah, I think maybe a quick just update for all of them whenever a rerun is done would be good, though I don’t expect that. (Mostly to replace the felt parts. The Altventurer for sure, but the Axelotl and Hakkito felt bits feel like they should just be better fabric or something.)
