He’d rather go to the collab in the hopes of gaining new followers without losing his. Bettelion is notoriously insular for a reason – many of them don’t watch any of the other boys and it’s likely because he keeps his audience to himself.
He has always done this since the beginning. He almost always never tells us he’s going to have a collab and almost never puts it on his schedule. (That’s even if he even has a schedule out) I’m pretty sure some of the bettelion have asked him about having collabs on his schedule before. Honestly, I think he just doesn’t give a fuck or is just too lazy to even let us know he’s doing a collab much less put it on his schedule. If I remember correctly he’s mentioned before that doing his schedule takes about 2 hours. He definitely doesn’t strike me as someone who would go out of their way to add small text about a collab he’s not even streaming. He’s my oshi but omg sometimes I can’t with that man.
I can remember one or two times where chat questioned him on stream about his collabs and he got snippy and said “Yes, I know I have ___ happening, you don’t need to remind me” and chat was only querying if the event was still happening because he didn’t put it on his schedule.

Honestly, yeah, they even brought it up during the stream. He didn’t tweet about it until 30 seconds to live, but he was around doing preparations for an hour beforehand with Joel? He obviously knew about it from yesterday, he could tweet it in the morning, a few hours before, or at the VERY least, an hour before when he is actively in contact with his collab partner setting everything up.
Petition for ground-level mane-sans to be given more resources (time or money, fuck if I know) to stay on top of these things more closely. If the boys get distracted from promoting their streams, they should tag in and make a post through the official socials.
The managers shouldn’t have to babysit their talents putting out tweets about their own streams.
A far and away better idea is for the managers to require every boy to put in a schedule in their Google Calendar by Monday night, including outside collabs. They all try to stick to their usual timeslots, so there’s no way they can’t just write something down, even if it’s as uninformative as “Playing game tonight @ 7PM”. They can all set as many notifications on those events as they want and it would solve a fuckton of problems everyone seems to have.

I wouldn’t hope for the future, but just measure the kind of person he is now and decide if you want to keep supporting.
I think this is comparable to the burnout all of the boys seem to experience by year two of their contracts. It’s really visible that some of them are worn down by the grind, cancelled projects, delays, etc. The glass ceiling that at least some of them have acknowledged exists.
I can’t help thinking about that when I think about things like the decline of things like communicating their schedules with one another (via the Google Calendar) and with us fans. Some of the boys have gotten really lax with laying out concrete schedules at all.

I’m trying to figure out what you mean by “white felt fabric”. Do you mean the parts like Hakka’s and Shinri’s ponytail/hairpieces? That’s how they get hair/accessories to work for dolls/nui’s. Plus the white part of Hakka’s hair looks exactly like how the Friends With U/Friends to Go dolls use felt pieces to recreate their hair: dolls head with the color of the talents hair, then felt pieces to recreate the style. (You can see how it’s done on Ao’s FtG doll pretty clearly for instance.)
Not quite. They seem to use the lightest color as a base fabric and then do dye sublimation printing over it, so you won’t see white edges. For Ao’s, it’s the light blue at the end of her bangs. You can also see the blonde on the edge of Mococo’s hair; it’s more clear since both colors are pretty light.
Production wise, it’s probably more expensive to go with that route since it’s standard to print on white fabric. If the printing isn’t been done in the same factory as the sewing, the factory might tell them that they have to buy their own base fabric and have it sent to the factory, which is gonna make it more expensive since the factory gets theirs in massive quantities and will be paying less for fabric. Plus, it’s still a special request that needs extra setup time and test printing, so it might have been too much money for the quantity they were ordering.
