I miss the times when Hakka was more eager to play games out of his comfort zones. I know he might not be confident about it as being the only non gamer of the branch and he may have decided to focus on other streams but but still I enjoyed his enthusiasm about trying out stuffs he was new to.
To be precise Hakka is bad at games due to inexperience (non-gamer), while Jurard has experiences in games but has skill issues (plain bad gamer). There’s difference between a non-gamer and a bad gamer. Someone can be a bad gamer while not being a non-gamer.
hopefully he’ll get back into it now that he’s back home, and he also has a marshmallow so maybe u can suggest games and how u enjoyed watching him trying out new games!
Tbf he was in Japan, thats why there were so many zatsus in a row and he couldn’t stream all the games he wanted, only now he is back to his home. He keeps saying he wants to play Elden Ring (he knows he is going to do bad, so is preparing a batsu for his deaths). Afaik the games he said he doesn’t want to stream are very long games, mostly for the viewers sake, so please recommend him games on stream or on his hashtag on twitter. As someone who isn’t a gamer i also look forward to see him try new things.
There are talents who never touched video games before holo debut like Bae or some of ReGLOSS girls. Maybe ReGLOSS is different though bc they’re not EN therefore less affected by gamer culture of EN. Still they’re getting out of comfort zones, eagerly try out different games depite being unfamiliar with it and even are not afraid to be a laughingstock for it(as a content of course). Is there anything that puts more pressure to Hakka? Afaik his chat doesn’t have teasing moments for contents like rest of non-gamer talents like Bae aforementioned, or ones who are “bad” at games like Bettel. No backseating/spoilers rules in Hakka’s chat are surprisingly well kept compared to other chats bc Hakkitos appreicate him wanting to experience it by himself. Pretty ironic since Hakkitos are very generous about his unfamiliarity with games or gaming culture, he’s less prone to the “gamer toxicity” of viewers which makes perfect learning ground for him yet he is holding back.
Holostars JP is pretty gaming heavy to begin with, and for StarsEN there’s higher expectation for gaming bc they’re, well, boys. Probably that’s the reason I guess?
