Can I get some help deciding if I should get the Bettel daki? I feel like I kind of have to buy the daki so the rest of the boys can also have a chance of getting theirs. I mostly just want the card and the art on the daki is ok. Though I’m not the biggest fan of guys doing the whole BFE thing so I could not even finish listening to the VP sample. Should I still buy it so hopefully one day my kami oshi can have a chance of selling his?
In the ending zatsu portion of Jurard’s Deadlock stream yesterday he talked about this. He said that if he wants to get a daki approved, his merch sales as a single talent need to be higher. So if you’re interested in supporting your oshi you should grab the new dice trays and such, and try to preorder their birthday/anniversary singles. Buying Bettel’s daki does prove that dakis are desirable to a certain extent, but money in the jester’s pocket just means the jester himself will get more opportunities in the future, not the whole branch.
It’s also that anything outside of birthday/anniversary/permanent merch (which Cover usually blanket covers up to a certain cost) has the talent putting up their own money to fund the majority of it. For example, Flayon’s Machiroon Day stuff and Altare was recently talking about merch that seems to be unconnected to anything.
So anything not connected to those are usually made for the fans and where you definitely need to put your money where your mouth is on supporting your oshi. (Like off topic, I wouldn’t be surprised if Axel does something in the future like the two I mentioned are doing since it seems like a lot of his birthday merch ideas got shot down and he wants to do them.)

If you’re not a fan of BFE, then genuinely, why would you want a daki? Senzaki mama understood the assignment and made one side with his pants being taken off and the other winking with his tongue out, the VP is scenario appropriate. The theming and presentation would be mostly the same, probably even MORE provocative if your oshi is any other member of VG.
I like zatsus better than them playing some games…even when my oshi cant see my chat in zatsu he is still chatting with us unlike playing games where they’re attentions are divided

What are you on about? Other than Bettel’s current zatsu and Shinri’s return stream, they’ve been doing almost entirely gaming streams lately. Even Flayon’s current zatsu is just a small talk with his roons before tonight’s collab.
Bettel has done 6 if you count Week in Review + SC Reading, 2 if you don’t.
Flay has done 3 solo Zatsu over the past month.
Hakka has done 4 solo Zatsu over the past month. A weekly Zatsu is normal for him.
Shinri has done 4 solo Zatsu over the past two months. I extended the timetable out for him to account for his having taken a break to grieve.
A weekly Tengu Talk and Week in Review are a standard part of how Hakka and Bettel schedule their streams. Approximately 3.5 solo Zatsu per month from each boy is not them doing too many Zatsu.

There’s also a comment on one of Bettel’s latest VODs that gave me a sour taste, not gonna bring up names, but the comment only—- ”hearing you talk about how you don’t know the armis boys’ tastes at all was kind of disheartening seeing as they’re rapidly coming up on their one year anniversary, and brings into relief how you’ve not taken the time to stream with them at all outside of the giant fuckfest collabs where everybody’s screaming. it would be nice if you could do more one-on-ones with the boys in that weekly external collab slot instead of just hanging with bettel2 every week. as you’re planning for the future and said you’re not going away anymore, maybe november could become your thanksgiving for holostars focus month and you could touch base with all the members and do month in review with VG or something.”
